I Am A Facilitator of Healing!
I believe that we all have the ability to self-heal from emotional pain, inner child wounds and different levels of trauma. As a therapist I recognize clinical approaches are just the piece of the puzzle but not the whole puzzle. Through my own healing of past traumas, I came upon holistic healing alternatives that have guided my own healing, and now I teach others how to heal and reclaim their power.
MY SOUL’S MISSION.
It’s my passion to help women create a healing path to move through in order to get to the other side of inner child wounds, emotional wounds, and past trauma. My mission is to inspire women to reclaim their power, reconnect to their truth, and raise their awareness through spiritual development. When we embrace all parts of our stories with love, compassion, and empathy we become aligned in our true souls’ purpose. When we hide our truth, we are stuck in self-doubt, guilt/shame cycle, fear of judgment, fear of abandonment, lack of boundaries, and anxiety. My soul’s mission is to guide you through your healing journey, so you can step into your truth, balance your divine feminine and masculine energies, and embrace your soul’s purpose by calling back your power.
